Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily food and service operations, fostering strong teamwork to ensure optimal service and guest satisfaction.
- Inspect staff grooming, uniform standards, and overall presentation, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, stock supplies, and monitor dining room readiness and safety.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee motivation.
- Handle maintenance work orders and enforce all company safety, security, and sanitation policies.
- Welcome guests warmly, address special service requests, and resolve any guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
- At least 1 year of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
