As our Food & Nutrition Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging lessons and practical training. Your core duties will include:

• Planning and delivering comprehensive Food & Nutrition lessons aligned with the approved secondary school curriculum.
• Conducting interactive practical cooking and nutrition laboratory sessions for students.
• Assessing, monitoring, and recording student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Preparing students thoroughly for internal examinations as well as external assessments like the SSCE.
• Fostering a safe, clean, and orderly learning environment during practical food science activities.
• Participating in school events, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Home Economics, Food & Nutrition Education, or a related discipline.
• Proven teaching experience in secondary education with a track record of excellent student results.
• Strong passion for teaching and ability to engage teenagers effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
