About the Role
Paradise Haven Hotel is a premier 2-star hospitality establishment located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State. We cater to discerning corporate clients, business travelers, and leisure guests by combining executive comfort with top-tier recreational facilities. We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic dining and beverage team, ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the hotel restaurant, bar, and room service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve feedback promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all food and beverage areas.
- Proven relevant experience working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and a strong team-player mindset.
- OND, HND, or relevant certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
