Key Responsibilities- Deliver a wide range of guest services, including setting tables, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain pristine work areas, clean supplies, and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage warmly with guests to make every transaction feel like a seamless part of their overall experience.
- Comply with all Marriott International company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience in hospitality or food and beverage service.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-focus skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 pounds independently.
