About the Role
Paradise Palms Lodge & Suites, a premier hospitality destination located in the vibrant commercial and residential hub of Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) professional. Situated on Felecia Koleosho Street, our lodge offers high accessibility and proximity to major corporate offices, restaurants, and nightlife spots, making us a preferred choice for both business and leisure travelers. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring seamless dining operations for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Manage restaurant, bar, and room service activities to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Train, supervise, and mentor F&B service staff to maintain top-tier service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, handle stock control, and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement of items.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order execution and menu presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B areas.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment within the bustling Ikeja axis of Lagos.
