About the Role
Akiavic Blue Roof Hotel, a premier family-run boutique hotel situated at 237 Brigadier Ademulegun Road in Ondo City, Ondo State, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food & Bar Supervisor. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the hotel restaurant, bar, and room service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, hospitality, and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate timely reordering with management.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all dining and bar areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing special events, banquets, and promotional activities within the hotel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for hotel management.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, bar management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Resident of Ondo State or willing to relocate to Ondo City.
