About the Role
St. Cyprian Modern Schools, a leading multi-tier private educational institution located in Court Area Agubia, Ikwo LGA, Ebonyi State, is recruiting a dedicated Food and Tech/Nutrition Teacher. We are committed to providing comprehensive academic excellence across Nursery, Primary, and Secondary education levels, and we seek an exceptional educator to strengthen our Food and Nutrition department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Food Technology and Nutrition across multiple educational tiers
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum content that combines practical skills with theoretical knowledge
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on food preparation sessions
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
- Contribute to the school's strategic planning and quality assurance initiatives
- Mentor junior staff members and support departmental development
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.ED or B.Sc.ED) in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in school management and teaching
- Proven expertise in curriculum development and student assessment
- Retired Principals and experienced Teachers are encouraged to apply
