About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm, is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across the hotel restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service, and banquet areas to guarantee exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from guest arrival to departure.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct pre-shift briefings, and coordinate duties for waiters, bartenders, and service personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene regulations, and food safety standards.
- Manage POS order processing, verify billing accuracy, and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Support revenue targets by encouraging upselling, monitoring table turnover, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Conduct periodic stock counts, manage inventory control using FIFO principles, and prevent wastage.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
