About the Role

Reime West Africa Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of a prominent global brand headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, provides exceptional Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to leading telecommunications companies in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Fiber Optics Project Manager to lead our growing infrastructure operations and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our fiber optics service business, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee all aspects of fiber optics service operations, including planning, design, deployment, and maintenance of robust fiber networks.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of fiber optics engineers, technicians, and project managers to foster an empowered and engaged workforce.
  • Implement best practices, quality assurance protocols, and advanced network operations standards to ensure optimal reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery processes, vendor performance, and contractor management for timely project completion.
  • Track, manage, and optimize project budgets to ensure all expenditures remain strictly within approved financial limits.
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, strategic partners, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Professional Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • 10 to 15 years of extensive fiber management experience handling large, highly complex OSP and ISP FTTH projects.
  • Deep technical expertise in fiber optic technology, site surveys, underground and overhead cable installations, and GIS planning tools.
  • Proficiency in using optical fiber test equipment, tools for installation, and advanced fault location procedures.
  • Strong contract management, negotiation, and stakeholder relations management skills.
