We are currently recruiting a professional and customer-obsessed Floor Manager to oversee our customer-facing business areas. In this vital role, you will maintain operational excellence across our sales floor, front desk, and kiddies section, serving as the primary liaison between our valued clientele and management. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily activities on the sales floor to ensure seamless operations, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build enduring relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with diplomacy and empathy.
- Provide reliable front-desk support by welcoming visitors, managing appointments, and directing incoming communications professionally.
- Coordinate activities within the kiddies section, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for children and parents.
- Support sales objectives by monitoring customer traffic, encouraging upselling, and executing promotional activities.
- Guide and mentor customer-facing staff, upholding company service standards and fostering positive teamwork.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate customer feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front-desk operations.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team-coordination role.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, patience, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
