About the Role
JNO Integrated Services is recruiting a dedicated Fleet Supervisor on behalf of a rapidly expanding agribusiness located in Igbariam, Anambra State. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily transport operations, manage vehicle maintenance, and optimize logistics to support business growth and ensure seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the company fleet and assigned drivers to ensure maximum productivity.
- Plan and coordinate efficient vehicle schedules supporting operational logistics and delivery timelines.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate prompt vehicle repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption, investigate irregularities, and implement strict cost-control measures.
- Track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance expenditures while preparing detailed operational reports.
- Ensure strict driver compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and authorized routes.
- Verify vehicle documentation, insurance renewals, licenses, and statutory regulatory requirements.
- Manage incident responses, investigate breakdowns or accidents, and recommend proactive safety improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in fleet operations, logistics management, or transport coordination.
- Strong practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern fleet management software tools.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Igbariam, Anambra State, for this onsite role.
- Relevant professional certifications in logistics or road safety will be an added advantage.
