About the Role

AA Rescue is a premier multi-service organization founded in 2003, dedicated to providing prompt emergency roadside assistance, driver training, and logistics solutions across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to join our growing operations team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and compliance of our vehicle fleet while supporting daily logistical demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the daily movement, utilization, and allocation of company vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, licensing, and maintenance schedules.
  • Schedule routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections with mechanics and vendors.
  • Track fuel usage, mileage, and general vehicle-related expenses to identify discrepancies.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and promptly report faults, damages, or irregularities.
  • Ensure strict driver compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and assigned routes.
  • Document accidents, breakdowns, and other fleet-related incidents accurately.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, with fresh graduates eager to learn strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and road safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is an added advantage.
