About the Role
Adexen is recruiting an experienced First Officer on behalf of a leading private aviation client in Nigeria. This exciting opportunity involves operating high-performance Bombardier Challenger 604/605 aircraft across domestic and international routes, delivering exceptional safety, comfort, and service standards to VIP passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional execution of all assigned domestic and international flights.
- Participate actively in pre-flight planning, aircraft preparation, performance calculations, and operational briefings.
- Support flight management, navigation, and radio communications while closely monitoring aircraft systems.
- Maintain effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and seamless cockpit coordination.
- Coordinate efficiently with dispatch, maintenance teams, ground handlers, and operational partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and internal safety protocols.
- Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and absolute confidentiality regarding passengers and flight schedules.
- Remain flexible to accommodate short-notice assignments, irregular hours, weekends, and extensive international travel.
- Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) and current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
- Bombardier Challenger 604/605 type rating is strongly preferred; eligible candidates willing to obtain the rating will be considered.
- Prior experience in corporate, private, or business aviation operations.
- Strong technical flying skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Valid passport with the ability to secure required international visas and willingness to be based in Nigeria.
