About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finishing Supervisor to oversee and elevate the quality of our interior and exterior finishing works on upcoming residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all finishing works and construction activities on building projects to ensure adherence to strict quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and site activities to maintain project timelines.
- Oversee specialized finishing tasks including tiling, screeding, plastering, painting, ceiling installation, flooring, and fitting of doors.
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and complex construction details accurately on site.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage material requisition, deployment, and minimize waste on site.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Between 7 to 10 years of proven professional experience in finishing works within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered a strong added advantage.
