About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to join our expanding projects and site operations team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute comprehensive finishing works on-site, focusing on residential and commercial projects.
- Manage specific finishing trades including tile laying, painting, and false ceiling execution.
- Read, interpret, and implement architectural drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and site instructions accurately.
- Supervise daily site operations and conduct rigorous quality checks on materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Enforce site safety practices and maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience in construction finishing works.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-end residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of tile work, painting applications, and false ceiling installation.
