Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging fine arts lessons utilizing innovative teaching methodologies
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and experimentation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth
- Integrate ICT tools and digital resources into art instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's holistic educational philosophy
- Maintain professional standards and uphold the college's moral and ethical values
- Participate in school activities and extracurricular art programs
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts or related discipline
- Teaching qualification or certification (advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Strong classroom management capabilities
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
- High moral integrity and professional demeanor
