About the Role
P-GAT Industries is proud to spearhead the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative designed to revolutionize regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. Launched to drastically cut commuting costs and modernize the local economy, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Financing & Asset Acquisition Officer to drive our ambitious financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support comprehensive financing and asset-acquisition activities across the organization.
- Conduct thorough customer qualification and financial assessment for asset allocation.
- Manage transaction documentation, compliance, and payment monitoring processes effectively.
- Coordinate closely with financing partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset allocation, portfolio performance, and financing activities.
- Participate in assigned field activities and operations within Adamawa State as required.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in asset finance, banking, financial services, credit analysis, investment, or leasing transactions.
- Possession of a Master's degree in a relevant field will be a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, legal and transactional documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder-coordination and communication skills.
