Key Responsibilities- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, and project accounting operations.
- Deliver IFRS and GAAP-compliant financial statements and comprehensive management reports.
- Oversee emerging carbon accounting and emissions reporting aligned with GHG Protocol and ISSB standards.
- Strengthen internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across all business units.
- Support treasury operations, cashflow forecasting, and strategic liquidity planning.
- Drive budgeting, cost efficiency initiatives, and multi-year financial planning.
- Oversee ERP systems implementation and digital finance automation.
- Mentor, coach, and grow high-performing finance operations talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAN with 8+ years of experience in financial control or audit.
- Strong, practical knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards.
- Demonstrated experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or project-based industries.
- Prior exposure to carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, or project finance.
