Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Financial Accounts lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive classroom management style that fosters effective learning.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations with thorough revision and strategic guidance.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Uphold the Christian values and ethos of the school in all professional interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Financial Education, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably within a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
