Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education, and economic strengthening services across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful public health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Process financial transactions efficiently, including payments, retirements, and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and comprehensive documentation for audits.
- Support budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial integrity.
- Deliver against approved milestone plans and quarterly performance targets across integrated health platforms.
- Support statutory remittance processing in compliance with Nigerian tax and regulatory laws.
- Possession of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in financial management, preferably within donor-funded non-profit projects.
- Active affiliation with recognized professional accounting bodies is a distinct advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of financial record-keeping practices and internal control systems.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and high ethical standards.
