We are currently seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and analytical Finance Officer to join our vibrant finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining robust financial operations, ensuring absolute compliance with statutory regulations, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all daily financial transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Process payments, receipts, invoices, and perform accurate reconciliations promptly.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support payroll processing, budgeting, financial planning, and inventory-related financial transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and relevant Nigerian statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial operations and support audit processes.
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance (strongly preferred) or a related field such as Accounting.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in a similar finance role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of professional integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
