Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee accurate payroll administration
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and comprehensive financial planning
- Prepare timely financial statements and detailed management reports
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws and other regulatory requirements
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions and project execution
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA will be a distinct advantage
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the engineering or construction sector
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
- High level of attention to detail, professional integrity, and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
