About the Role

We are currently recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer on behalf of our esteemed client to support comprehensive financial operations, accounting functions, and administrative excellence within a dynamic work environment in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations and execute routine financial transactions accurately.
  • Prepare and process timely client invoices while actively monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and maintain meticulously accurate financial records.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with end-to-end payroll processing and manage related financial documentation.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance with relevant Nigerian financial regulations and tax obligations.
  • Organize and archive proper documentation for all corporate financial transactions.
  • Support broader financial and administrative activities as required by the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in corporate accounting or financial roles.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated competence in invoicing, accounts management, and bank reconciliations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and excellent organizational skills.
