About the Role

Join our Abuja office as a Finance Officer supporting critical health system strengthening projects.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review financial transactions using DPA, GFAS, or Microsoft Navision, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
- Support budget monitoring aligned with approved work plans and donor agreements, analyzing expenditures and preparing financial reports
- Assist internal and external audits by retrieving documentation, responding to audit queries, and tracking recommendations
- Provide technical finance support including data collection, compliance testing, and documentation management for health projects
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, trainings, and field activities; manage vehicle movements and fuel records
- Perform month-end reconciliations, statutory remittances, and maintain office operations and asset tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3–5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree with 1–3 years experience
- Minimum 1–3 years accounting experience with international development or donor-funded programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision, Excel, and standard office applications
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and donor compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA) is advantageous
- Familiarity with DOS-funded programs and NGO operations in Nigeria preferred
