About the Role
Seven Up Bottling Company is recruiting a Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team. This strategic role provides senior management with critical financial analysis and insights to support major operational, financial, and strategic decisions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate annual budgeting processes for P&L and cash flow with comprehensive variance analysis
- Manage cash flow forecast models, variance analysis, and financial performance tools
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for P&L and cash flow within applicable timelines
- Deliver strategic business planning cycles aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making and produce forward-looking models
- Analyze financial results against budgets, forecasts, and benchmarks; produce regular reports and dashboards
- Monitor key SKU performance and drive business profitability through optimized product mix
- Optimize cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with business units on financial models for new projects and business cases
- Support commercial strategies ensuring revenue and gross profit growth
- Provide analytical support for product launches, pricing, promotional activities, and marketing expenditure
- Evaluate trade discount incentive programs and pack profitability
- Assess financial viability of expansion opportunities and new initiatives
- Support month-end close processes and serve as finance business partner across business units
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Chartered Accountant designation (ICAN or equivalent professional body)
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and core financial principles
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (Dynamics NAV, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
