We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our accounts receivable and payment collection operations, ensuring robust financial health and efficiency across all company transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the timely collection of payments and supervise the accounts receivable team.
- Process invoices, resolve missed payments, and enforce company debt collection policies.
- Lead the price review process and collaborate with sales and customer service for accurate invoicing.
- Perform comprehensive debt aging analysis and generate monthly management reports.
- Forecast expected monthly payments and receivables while maintaining meticulous financial records.
- Allocate payments and update financial records accurately using the Zoho Accounting Platform.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase accuracy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a top-tier university.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven accounting experience, with at least some supervisory or managerial background.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically hands-on experience with the Zoho Accounting Platform.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience updating debt tracking documents.
- Strong command of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with general ledger functions.
- Professional accounting certifications will be considered a strong added advantage.
