About the Role
Holy Trinity Hospital, Lagos's leading private healthcare institution, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our mission to deliver world-class medical care while maintaining financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, and financial planning
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow and working capital management
- Coordinate with departmental heads to control costs and optimize resource allocation
- Support strategic financial decision-making and business development initiatives
- Supervise finance team members and ensure departmental efficiency
- ACA or ICAN certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in hospital, healthcare, or HMO financial management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, billing, and insurance processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
