About the Role
Trinity Financial Services Limited is a licensed financial advisory and wealth management company regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). We deliver bespoke financial solutions to corporate and individual clients in Lagos State. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, optimize capital, and drive strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and present actionable insights to the executive team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify expansion opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and maintain robust internal financial controls.
- Oversee accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams while fostering professional development.
- Monitor liquidity, manage cash flow, and optimize company investment strategies.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to support critical business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.
- 6+ years of continuous finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within banking or financial services.
- Must be currently employed within a financial or banking institution.
- Mandatory professional certification (ICAN or ACCA).
- Expertise in BankOne Accounting Software and core banking applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
