About the Role
Beta Glass, a proud member of the Frigoglass Group, is a strategic partner to international beverage bottlers and a major supplier of glass packaging in West and Central Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to ensure the effective execution of all financial and accounting activities in compliance with international, national, and group standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control financial activities to ensure conformity with company guidelines, legal regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate and prepare the annual budget proposal, facilitating operational and financial commitments by monitoring results and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinate monthly reporting to provide timely, accurate financial analysis and support management decision-making.
- Review the trial balance constantly to minimize wrong postings and troubleshoot key account codes in the ledger.
- Oversee the IT department to ensure reliable system operations, maintenance, and technical support for all users.
- Identify training needs and support professional employee development through targeted programs.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.
- Mandatory professional accounting certification such as ICAN or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
