We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support our continued expansion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance, providing critical insights to drive strategic business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial planning.
  • Monitor income, expenses, receivables, payables, and general cash positions.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and strict compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll processes with HR and manage tax and statutory obligations.
  • Liaise seamlessly with external auditors, financial institutions, and tax authorities.
  • Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide professional guidance to the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, including supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector is an advantage.
  • Deep expertise in Nigerian tax laws, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be resident in Lagos State or willing to resume on-site.
