About the Role
Trinity Financial Services Limited is a licensed financial advisory and wealth management company regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our executive team in Lagos, Nigeria, and lead our financial operations toward sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and present actionable insights to the executive team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify cost-saving and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain robust internal controls.
- Oversee accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams while fostering professional development.
- Monitor liquidity, manage cash flow, and optimize company capital through strategic investments.
- Develop and enhance internal reporting processes aligned with corporate objectives.
- Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years of continuous finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within banking or financial services.
- Active professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA.
- Current employment within a financial or banking institution is mandatory.
- Mandatory proficiency in BankOne Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, commercial acumen, and presenting complex data to stakeholders.
- Competitive monthly salary of N700,000 to N900,000 based on qualifications.
