About the Role

Rotation and Precision Machines Limited is a leading sales and procurement firm providing comprehensive engineering solutions, power transmission products, and industrial maintenance services across manufacturing sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive business growth from our Nigerian operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the monthly finance close, ensuring timely submission of management reports and sub-ledgers to Group Finance.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reviews for executive leadership.
  • Drive liquidity management by maintaining and updating a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
  • Lead accounts receivable monitoring, cash recovery, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) improvement initiatives.
  • Manage payables discipline, supplier reconciliations, and credit-limit negotiations to protect business continuity.
  • Monitor bank facilities, borrowing costs, and funding requests while recommending cost-effective financing options.
  • Ensure all statutory obligations, taxes, and regulatory filings are accurately calculated and remitted on time.
  • Act as a strategic finance business partner to unit heads, delivering actionable commercial insights and margin analysis.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit findings are resolved promptly.
  • Coach and develop the finance team to build a strong succession pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Active professional accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory.
  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with demonstrated career growth.
  • Proven expertise in management reporting, working capital management, treasury, and financial controls.
  • Experience in project-based, engineering, technical services, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel or financial modelling tools.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, analytical problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
