We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our growing team and manage comprehensive financial operations that support our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements to senior management
- Manage all month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Monitor project-level costs in real-time and maintain precise financial tracking across multiple construction projects
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, tax obligations, and audit requirements
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide strategic reporting to support informed business decision-making
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification: ICAN or ACCA
- 4–6 years of proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar platforms)
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and audit procedures
