In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial health by managing daily accounting tasks, supporting strategic budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing comprehensive financial tasks and strategic projects.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial reporting activities.
- Interpret complex financial data and prepare insightful reports for management decision-making.
- Manage petty cash operations and track organizational expenses accurately.
- Process invoices efficiently and follow up with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in identifying financial trends, projections, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Respond to financial and transaction-related queries professionally and promptly.
- Support investment analysis and contribute to financial strategy recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and modern bookkeeping practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
