About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Officer to support the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion green transport modernization initiative revolutionizing regional logistics across Northeast Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining robust financial controls and supporting economic development in Adamawa State.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate state financial records, general ledger entries, and timely reconciliations.
- Manage operational expense records, revenue streams, and remittance tracking processes.
- Ensure thorough payment documentation and support comprehensive budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Coordinate seamlessly with broader P-GAT finance structures to ensure compliance and fiscal transparency.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial operations.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Possession of a Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in strong financial controls, reconciliation, reporting, and record management.
