FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oresnted and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager for our esteemed client. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare insightful financial reports, monitor budgets, and ensure strict statutory compliance. We are looking for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Monitor departmental budgets and track expenditures against approved limits.
- Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and overall regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
- Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Provide management reports and financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
- Leverage ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for accurate financial data processing.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, corporate budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
- Demonstrated experience using modern ERP software and advanced Excel.
