We are looking for a dedicated Finance & Accounts Manager to help us build robust financial discipline, ensure absolute accuracy in our numbers, and maintain strict spending controls as we scale our operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate financial reporting, management accounts, and comprehensive financial analysis.
- Drive budgeting processes, spending oversight, and strict cost control measures.
- Manage cash flow operations, including effective receivables and payables tracking.
- Monitor product margins closely to protect and improve business profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
- Upgrade finance processes, systems, and ERP workflows to support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Finance & Accounts team.
- Proven professional experience managing a corporate Finance & Accounts function, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or the food service industry.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing modern ERP and accounting software systems.
- High level of integrity, sound financial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret the business implications behind financial data and challenge poor financial decisions.
