About the Role
JIJEDAPT Human Resources Consult Limited is looking for a skilled Finance & Accounts Executive to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth across the Group. In this vital role, you will safeguard our financial resources, ensure rigorous compliance, and deliver actionable financial insights to empower executive decision-making in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive accounting operations, financial forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
- Oversee treasury functions, working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and payroll administration.
- Maintain robust internal controls and ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Advise the Managing Director and senior management on financial performance, risks, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Active professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ATS, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
