Our Transformation of Industry organization under the Compression business unit is currently looking for a skilled Field Service Representative to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across our projects in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of compression equipment and related industrial systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and diagnostic services to clients to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and documentation for all completed interventions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards during on-site operations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and technical advice.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven professional experience in field service, maintenance, or engineering within the industrial or energy sector.
- Strong working knowledge of compression systems, rotating equipment, and industrial automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites within Nigeria as required by project demands.
