Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out equipment commissioning, calibration, functional testing, and performance checks at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and rapidly resolve equipment faults to minimize operational downtime.
  • Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, repairs, and corrective maintenance on specialized industrial equipment.
  • Provide expert on-site technical support and operational guidance to customer teams.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and identify potential technical issues affecting equipment performance.
  • Prepare accurate service and commissioning reports, communicating key findings to the Operations & Installation Manager.
  • Escalate recurring equipment and product challenges to the Product & Technology team for long-term resolution.
  • Ensure all field operations strictly adhere to approved technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support within the industrial or energy sector.
  • Prior hands-on experience with fuel dispensers, pumps, metering systems, or similar machinery is a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge of equipment testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance protocols.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications accurately.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various customer and project sites across Nigeria.
