We are currently looking for a results-driven Field Recovery Officer to join our dynamic team and drive our asset recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine and targeted field visits for debt and asset recovery operations.
- Perform physical customer address verifications and thorough field investigations.
- Track, locate, and efficiently recover defaulted or stolen assets within assigned territories.
- Engage professionally and persuasively with customers and relevant third parties during recovery assignments.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure organizational recovery targets are consistently met.
- Ensure all recovery activities strictly comply with company policies and applicable legal frameworks.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in address verification, skip tracing, and field investigations.
- Must possess a valid rider's license and be adept at riding a motorcycle safely.
- Good geographical knowledge of routes and locations within the assigned region.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
