About the Role
Hadi Finance is a leading financial service platform dedicated to supporting the growth and success of the informal retail sector in Africa. As a Field Officer, you will serve as the face of Hadi Finance in your assigned cluster, working directly with traders to drive onboarding, support inventory financing cycles, encourage timely repayments, and help them grow their savings. This target-driven role requires someone with proven ground-level experience who can hit numbers while managing multiple trader relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new traders within your assigned cluster and build strong, lasting relationships with traders and local market leaders.
- Support inventory financing cycles, monitor repayments, encourage repeat usage among reliable customers, and flag potential repayment risks.
- Promote savings mobilisation through the Hadi Finance app to help retailers secure their financial futures.
- Maintain accurate daily records and share consistent field updates with the operations team to ensure operational transparency.
- Minimum of an NCE or OND in any relevant field.
- Prior experience in a field-based, target-driven role such as field sales, debt recovery, or retail distribution.
- Must reside in and be able to commute daily to Bwari, Kubwa, Nyanya, or Lugbe.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills paired with basic smartphone literacy and high integrity.
