Key Responsibilities- Handle daily cargo, document, and delivery assignments efficiently across various maritime locations.
- Process critical shipping and cargo documents promptly at ports, terminals, and relevant regulatory agencies.
- Track active shipments meticulously and provide timely operational updates to management and clients.
- Liaise professionally with clients, port authorities, and key stakeholders regarding field activities.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks promptly, while submitting comprehensive daily field reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
