In this field-based role, you will play a crucial part in expanding healthcare access by identifying prospective patients, establishing robust referral networks with medical professionals, and guiding individuals toward essential healthcare services within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities- Identify and proactively engage eligible patients within the assigned territory to promote timely healthcare access.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong referral networks with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their caregivers comprehensively on available healthcare services, treatment pathways, and support options.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date referral records and provide regular reports on patient progress and conversion metrics.
- Sustain long-term relationships with key healthcare providers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Minimum of an OND qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Previous working experience in patient advocacy, medical sales, or community health outreach is a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, networking, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace, alongside the ability to use smartphones efficiently for daily reporting and documentation.
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while traveling within the assigned territory.
