We are currently seeking a passionate, results-driven Field Marketing Officer to plan and oversee our offline marketing activities, boost brand visibility, and directly engage with our customers across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute impactful field marketing campaigns following thorough market research.
- Develop expert knowledge of all restaurant product lines and hospitality services.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, promotional signage, and merchandise.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, venues, and retail partners.
- Negotiate optimal promotional display and product placement with partners.
- Identify and promote business expansion opportunities through targeted field programs.
- Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, community events, and activations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
- Manage field marketing social media buzz and track campaign expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly activity reports for management.
- Share valuable customer intelligence and leads directly with the sales team.
- OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of offline marketing techniques and promotional principles.
- Familiarity with market research and basic data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard marketing software or CRM tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and local consumer trends.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
