About the Role
Marsand Bespoke Joinery Limited is a premier bespoke furniture company specializing in expertly crafted, ready-made, and fitted kitchens and wardrobes. We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to expand our market presence and drive new business opportunities across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active field marketing, site visits, and prospecting across Lagos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Introduce company services professionally, generating qualified leads and moving opportunities forward.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and inspections while gathering accurate project timelines and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Design teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and provide regular reports on field activities and lead-generation targets.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a good understanding of the Lagos real estate and construction market.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver's license and proven driving experience are strictly required.
- Familiarity with the furniture, interior design, or construction industry is a distinct advantage.
