About the Role

In this assignment-based role, you will play a crucial part in executing field operations across Nigeria, ensuring that our recruitment and verification processes meet international standards of integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical verifications, background checks, and related fieldwork in accordance with project guidelines.
- Manage test centre operations and assist with candidate screening processes on-site.
- Provide reliable help desk and customer support to clients and candidates during assignments.
- Maintain accurate records, complete assigned tasks promptly, and submit detailed reports.
- Work independently to travel to designated locations and successfully execute field assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, background verification, customer support, administration, or test centre operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must own and have access to a functional smartphone, a laptop, and reliable internet connectivity.
