About the Role
Avetium Consult Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Field Agent to join our team in Benue. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment process, ensuring citizens are accurately registered and verified using state-of-the-art equipment. Key Responsibilities- Guide applicants seamlessly through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometrics, including ten fingerprints and facial images, using provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Thoroughly verify applicant documents such as birth certificates, local government IDs, and international passports for authenticity.
- Ensure all submitted data strictly matches supporting documents to prevent future modifications and errors.
- Perform daily data synchronization to ensure all captured records are successfully submitted to the NIMC backend system.
- Maintain the optimal security, functionality, and proper handling of all assigned enrollment kits, including laptops, scanners, and cameras.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE qualification, backed by practical experience in data entry and processing.
- Previous working experience as a data capture agent, KYC officer, or engagement in government, bank, or telecom enrollment projects is a distinct advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and basic hardware troubleshooting for cameras and scanners.
- Unwavering commitment to data confidentiality, strict adherence to privacy policies, and security standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and the local languages relevant to Benue.
- Must currently reside in Benue state.
- Competitive net remuneration of 150K structured on a fixed plus commission basis.
