About the Role
P-GAT Industries is hiring a dedicated Field Data & Reporting Officer for the landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a N300 billion green transport initiative revolutionizing logistics across Northeast Nigeria. In this full-time role based in Adamawa State, you will play a critical part in modernizing the regional economy by ensuring accurate data collection and robust reporting for our innovative transportation network.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, verify, organise, and report operational data from field activities including fleet deployment and rider interactions.
- Monitor service performance, log operational incidents, and document community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure all digital reporting tools are updated accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support data-driven decision-making.
- Minimum of a Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in Statistics, Data Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data collection, reporting, field operations, or monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, digital data collection tools, and structured reporting frameworks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work, and currently available for full-time employment in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
