About the Role
Kimberly Ryan is hiring a dedicated Field Agent to drive merchant onboarding for our innovative live device registry product across assigned market clusters in Lagos. In this dynamic, people-facing role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network by engaging directly with device sellers and phone shop owners to build trust, promote security, and ensure active platform utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Visit phone shops and device sellers in assigned Lagos market clusters systematically, shop by shop.
- Clearly explain the product value proposition, addressing merchant concerns regarding device security and stock authenticity.
- Sign up merchants on the spot, assisting with account creation and proper setup.
- Help merchants register their device inventories to guarantee active and genuine platform usage.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with merchants, encouraging ongoing usage and the issuance of buyer certificates.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of visited shops, successful sign-ups, and registered devices for comprehensive reporting.
- Represent Kimberly Ryan with utmost honesty, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
- OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing or any related field.
- Prior proven experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or fintech agent networks is a strong advantage.
- Confident, personable communication skills with a natural ability to approach merchants and offer genuine assistance.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing daily field operations with minimal supervision.
- Uncompromising standards of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Comfortable using smartphones proficiently for product demonstrations, device registration, and activity tracking.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language commonly spoken in target Lagos markets.
